1) Workplace Wellness - Hectic work-schedule but experiencing stress, strain and pain? We bring therapeutic care to you! Embraced by companies like American Express, Canadian Tire Acceptance, IBM, State Farm Insurance, Google and Apple, to improve workplace conditions and boost the bottom-line, workplace wellness therapy is ideal for repetitive-strain injuries and job-related stress syndromes.

Treatments are short, provided on-site during designated work hours (no need for after-work appointments!), no clothing needs to be removed and no lubricants are used. Care can be financed by workplace benefits plans or Worker's Compensation.
$20 plus HST @ 15 minutes

2) Remedial Therapy—Precise, specific soft-tissue manipulation focused to relieve pain, restore mobility and return the body to full function.
$80 plus HST @ 60 min.

3) Stress-&-Tension Therapy—Employing medical massage and relaxation techniques, this treatment melts muscle tension, soothes frazzled nerves and quiets the mind. $80 plus HST @ 60 min

4) Sports Therapy—Injury-specific treatment for the competitive athlete or weekend warrior. Don’t be side-lined by injury...Get Back In the Game!
$40 plus HST @ 30 min

5) Work or Auto Collision Injury—Designed to work within the structure of WSIB and auto insurance, this therapy plan ensures a return to normal work and activities of daily living as soon as possible. $40 plus HST @ 30 min

6) Have Table Will Travel—The therapist comes to you! In the workplace, short, specific treatments utilizing the upright massage chair are ideal for treatment of work-related stress and strain. At home, we provide the portable table, linens and massage therapy so after your treatment, you needn’t drive home! Ideal for people tight on time, providing a gift for someone special, or those convalescing at home. $80 plus HST plus $30 travel/time premium @ 60 min

Possible Reactions to Therapy

Sometimes patients react adversely to care, albeit short-term. This usually occurs if the patient does not take the Epsom salts bath or drink water as prescribed, she/he does not rest adequately following treatment, or has a heavy caffeine intake in their diet.

This can also happen if the pain and stiffness have been chronic, or the trauma is severe such as with injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Typical adverse reactions include: Headaches, achiness, an exacerbation of symptoms, or cold symptoms (if in the early stages of a cold). If you experience these symptoms after the initial treatment, they are entirely normal, and are your body’s way of adapting to the changes we’ve made.

If your discomfort seems excessive, or lasts longer than 12 hours, please call your therapist directly. We can advise how to relieve these adverse effects.
